Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns

At Mega Power Distributing, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase isn’t the right fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, most eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All manuals, tags, and accessories must be included

  • A return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Items marked non-returnable on their product pages are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order products

  • Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing components

Non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or our error

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees apply to standard returns

  • Orders canceled before shipment will not incur any restocking charges

How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number in your message to request a Return Authorization (RA#). Then:

  1. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging

  2. Include all original components and documents

  3. Ship it using a reliable, trackable carrier

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Keep all original packaging

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will promptly resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or full refund

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before processing with no penalty

  • If already processed but not shipped, cancellation is still possible without restocking fees

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but may be returned in accordance with this policy
